WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY
All products offered by the MONOLITH ICON online store are new and free from defects or any flaws whatsoever. Our products are marketed in full compliance with the Polish law. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please be aware that you have the right to return the purchased products without stating the reason within 10 days of the delivery date (art. 7 of the Consumer Protection Act of 2 March 2000). This must be done in writing by notifying our store about your intention to return the purchased products. Such products will only be accepted in the original box/container, with their original contents (the product itself, together with accompanying accessories, manuals, warranty, purchase confirmation – VAT invoice or receipt, etc.). They must be not used, undamaged and without any defects whatsoever. Such a purchase should be returned to our store at your expense. Products with a value of PLN 1000 or more can only be returned through one of the following delivery companies: UPS, Masterlink, TNT, Servisco. Should you fail to comply with any of said terms, our store reserves the right not to accept the returned products. You are obliged to enclose with the returned products a written notice of termination of the agreement with our store, together with your personal details. You should also choose from the available reimbursement options (in case of wire transfer, please give your account number; in case of postal order, please give your address). If your claim is acknowledged, we will return your money within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned products, together with a written notice of termination of the agreement. The warranty does not apply to the products that are damaged in any way. Therefore, it is essential to check whether your parcel has not been damaged during transport, and in particular whether the seals have not been removed. Any disputes arising from agreements made by and between the MONOLITH ICON online store and its clients will be settled amicably. Should this be impossible, or otherwise unsatisfactory for either party, any such dispute will be referred to the Local Court in Lublin, which is the court of proper jurisdiction for MONOLITH ICON.
