To place your order in our online store, it is necessary to register first. This will enable us to verify your user details and the validity of your order. Confirmation will then be sent to your e-mail address. Our store may decline to accept orders, the reliability of which is questioned. The confirmation phase gives the client an opportunity to review and/or cancel his/her order. Thereafter, any changes may become difficult since the order may already be processed and/or shipped. However, our personnel will use their best endeavours to enable you to change the delivery address, alter your order, or cancel it altogether at any time (even after it has been shipped). In justified cases, MONOLITH ICON reserves the right to decline to accept an order, to restrict payment options, or to request advance payment. Shipping time is 3-14 days, depending on the destination (Poland or abroad).
