Adepticon was finished a few days ago. This is a three day gamer run convention featuring tournaments for 40K, WFB, Lord of the Rings, Epic, Warhammer Ancients, Flames of War and Warmachine. In addition to the competitive events: hobby seminars, game demos, vendor hall, painting competition and a bitz swap are always scheduled.
Adepticon took place on April 19th through the 22nd, 2012 at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center in Lombard, IL, USA. To Lombard came wargamers from around the world. We prepared for one of the teams the display board Fortress of Redmeptions. Our terrain won 3rd place in the imperial category.
